NeighborWorks Salt Lake
FinWise Bank joyfully serves on the Finance Committee and partners with NeighborWorks in building and sustaining communities of choice. They are an organization that builds on the strengths of neighborhoods, creating opportunities through housing, resident leadership, and youth and economic development.
Holding out HELP
We’re proud to support a non-profit organization in Utah that helps rebuild lives and restore hope for those leaving a polygamist community by providing housing, food, clothing, counseling, and education. In The Phoenix Home, Holding Out HELP’s new residential home for women, FinWise Bank sponsored a space called The Nest. Our employees dedicated their time and skills to help prepare the house for its new guests.
People Helping People
PHP is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income women and single moms reach their full potential in the workplace. PHP helps families break the cycle of poverty by teaching low-income women how to earn a living wage and become financially self-sufficient. Our employees volunteer to coach, mentor, or facilitate a workshop.

MicroMentor
We volunteer our knowledge to help small business owners through the global mentoring network, MicroMentor. Our employees use their professional skills to serve as mentors in the areas of business planning, sales, marketing, and bookkeeping.

Our employees support this non-profit’s mission to empower young people to own their economic success by serving as role models. Members of our team inspire and prepare young people to succeed by igniting a spark to experience and realize the opportunities of work and life through financial literacy.
Geraldine E. King Women’s Resource Center
This local non-profit provides emergency shelter to women who are experiencing homelessness in and around Salt Lake City, Utah.
Utah Food Bank
Our staff volunteers at the Utah Food Bank, a member of Feeding America, to help them fight hunger statewide.
American Red Cross
Blood Donations
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Our employees donate blood to help patients of all ages, including trauma and cancer patients, accident and burn victims, and patients receiving heart surgery or organ transplants.
Disaster Workforce Engagement Team
Our team volunteers to help develop and enhance onboarding processes, and has built and led a virtual volunteer team. We lend the following skills: program and project management, disaster response, onboarding, and due diligence.
Fundraising and Stewardship
We assist in fundraising and communicating with donors, including customer service, data entry, and collecting donations.
